The 2025 season has been a defining chapter in the evolution of Giga Racing Team Canada, marking an extraordinary period of growth, international experience, and technical advancement for our young riders — Alessandro and Gabriella Giganti.

Following two impressive seasons competing in MotoAmerica, ASRA FIM Mini Cup USA, and the Ohio Mini Roadracing League, this year brought a new challenge: training and racing in Italy, the very heart of world-class motorcycle racing. Throughout July and August, both riders immersed themselves in an intensive European training program, mastering new circuits, honing racecraft, and graduating to larger displacement bikes — a major milestone in their racing journey.

This season was less about chasing points and more about building the foundation for the next step up the ladder — developing the skill, endurance, and technical precision required to compete at the elite level. Under the guidance of Chef and Coach Claudio Giganti, alongside leading Italian trainers and teams, Alessandro and Gabriella learned to navigate faster machinery, sharper competition, and the unique challenges of international circuits.

Their time in Italy not only strengthened their technique and mental focus but also expanded their vision of what it means to be professional racers representing Team Canada on a global stage. From the rolling tracks of Emilia-Romagna to the technical corners of the Italian MiniGP circuits, they demonstrated adaptability, discipline, and the same fearless spirit that defines their racing style.

Back in North America, the team continued to compete in select rounds of OMRL, applying their European experience to real-race scenarios with remarkable consistency and confidence. Their pace, maturity, and racecraft visibly evolved, reaffirming that Giga Racing Team Canada is preparing for the next competitive leap — toward the MotoAmerica Talent Cup and, ultimately, the Road to MotoGP.
